Once entered into the application from the sign-on screen a note at the top of screen provides the manager with the option to select Ad Subscription or Ad Management. This establishes the proper flow for the manager to change client subscription information, enter a new client or add or edit a client's ad.

Also shown, at the bottom portion of screen, the manager can search by Ad or search by Client for various reports.

Used for ease of initial or editing the client's ads, web site links, special offer information, search routine, keywords, multiple-placement of categories and the advertising subscription of choice. This also begins the process for accounting.

The Client Accounts or all of their ads reported in multiple-categories
   
   
  Ad Account Receivable Report

Accounts Receivable Report for a single client or every client account. All fields of operation generate reports that are printer friendly. This helps the manager track preferred information.
